BB4 was founded in 1974 by a group of friends who wanted to play football together. The team started out in the lowest division of the Dutch football league system, and gradually worked its way up through the divisions. In 2019, BB4 achieved its highest ever league finish, when it finished third in the Derde Klasse.
The team's home ground is the Sportpark Beuningen, which has a capacity of 1,000 spectators. The club's colors are red and white.
