History
The club was founded in 1920 and originally played in the North Staffordshire League. They joined the Potteries League in 1968 and have won the league title three times, in 1979, 1982 and 2007.
The club has also won the Potteries League Cup on four occasions, in 1979, 1982, 1996 and 2014.
