Birstall United Social Football Club is a football club based in Birstall, Leicestershire, England. They currently play in the United Counties Football League Division One.
History
The club was formed in 1961 and initially played Sunday football in the Leicester and District League. They enjoyed great success in this league, winning three league championships and the Leicestershire FA Sunday Intermediate Cup.
In 1972, the club switched to Saturday football, joining the Leicester Mutual League. They continued their success in this league, winning Divisions 5, 4 and 3 in successive seasons. The club also won the Leicestershire FA Sunday Senior Cup during this period.
In 1991, the club joined the United Counties Football League. They have since played in Division One, Division Two and Division Three. The club's highest league finish was third place in Division One in 2004-05.
Stadium
The club's home ground is the Football Cards Direct Stadium, which is located on Blenheim Road in Birstall. The stadium has a capacity of 2,000 spectators.

The United Counties Football League is an English football league that covers the East Midlands region of England. The league was founded in 1969 and currently consists of three divisions: Premier Division, Division One and Division Two.
The league is a member of the National League System and is at the seventh tier of the English football league system. The champions of the Premier Division are promoted to the Northern Premier League Division One East, while the bottom two teams in Division One are relegated to Division Two.
