Competition structure

The league’s current programme includes a Premier Division, Divisions One to Three and an Under-21 division. Its official match centre links the senior sections at Steps 5 and 6 with the divisions below, while FA Full-Time carries the live fixtures, results and tables.

This gives clubs a choice of first-team and Under-21 football within one competition, with divisional and cup football across the season. Club allocation and other competition details can change between seasons, so Full-Time is the best place to check live information.

History

The league’s official archive records that the Midland Football Alliance began in 1994, while the Midland Football Combination traced its roots to the Worcestershire Football Combination, founded in 1927. The 2014 merger created the present Midland Football League.
