Dengo United are a Sunday League football team made up of 45 team members.

The team is from Liverpool, United Kingdom and play in the Liverpool Business Houses League Championship.

Dengo United are a Sunday League Football Club based in the Croxteth area of Liverpool.

We were established in 1968 and have been a member of the Liverpool & District Sunday League for the duration.

The team name existed as an inter-departmental team which played in the annual football competition in the now defunct Automatic Telephone and Electric Company. The name was created as an anagram of D for Drawing Office and ENG for ENGineering Office with United bringing the two together.

First participated in Division 6 of the Liverpool & District Sunday Football League in season 1968-69 taking over from a team called ATE Apprentices. At the time the L&DSFL comprised 11 divisions and a youth league. Team underperformed and struggled and was relegated to

In season 1973-74 the team whilst retaining the name had an influx of young players from a Lobster youth side and things improved dramatically.
