Dream FC is a Portuguese football club based in Lisbon. The club was founded in 2000 and currently competes in the Campeonato de Portugal, the third tier of Portuguese football.
History
Dream FC was founded in 2000 by a group of businessmen who wanted to create a new football club in Lisbon. The club quickly rose through the Portuguese football pyramid, and in 2010 they won promotion to the Segunda Liga, the second tier of Portuguese football.
Dream FC spent three seasons in the Segunda Liga before being relegated in 2013. They have since been playing in the Campeonato de Portugal, where they have finished in the top five in each of the last three seasons.
Recent seasons
Dream FC finished fifth in the Campeonato de Portugal in the 2021-22 season. They were only two points behind the promotion places, but they were disappointed not to achieve promotion.
The club has made a number of changes in the summer of 2022, and they are hoping to improve their results in the upcoming season. They have appointed a new manager, and they have signed a number of new players.
