DS Football Academy is a youth soccer team based in Windhoek, Namibia. The team was founded in 2015 by David Shitaleni, a former professional soccer player. DS Football Academy competes in the MTC Hopsol Youth Soccer League, which is the premier youth soccer league in Namibia.
DS Football Academy has a strong track record of success. The team has won the MTC Hopsol Youth Soccer League title in the U15 and U17 age groups. DS Football Academy has also produced several players who have gone on to play professional soccer, including Benson Shilongo, who plays for the Namibia national team.
MTC Hopsol Youth Soccer League
The MTC Hopsol Youth Soccer League is a professionally organized youth development soccer program in Namibia that strives to uplift and better communities and individuals. The league was founded in 2013 by MTC Namibia and HopSol Africa.
The MTC Hopsol Youth Soccer League is open to boys and girls from ages 9 to 19. The league has over 100 teams from all over Namibia. The teams compete in a round-robin format, with the top teams advancing to the playoffs.
The MTC Hopsol Youth Soccer League is a great opportunity for young soccer players to develop their skills and compete against the best players in Namibia. The league also provides players with the opportunity to be scouted by professional clubs.
