The EFF Crystal Palace team were formed in October 2013 to tour The Netherlands at the end of May 2014, based in Rotterdam.
The team is made up of members of the Crystal Palace Foundation's 'Eagles Fitter Fans' scheme which promotes health and exercise through football for men over 30. However aside from the kit sponsorship (see below), the tours are funded entirely by the squad.
A tour of France (Lille) and Belgium (Ostende) was completed over the weekend of 29th May to 1st June 2015, with a squad of 18 players - see the 2015 Squad and Tour pages.
The 2016 tour from 27th to 30th May was based in The Netherlands (Maastricht), playing matches in Belgium and Germany.
In May 2017 the team returned to Rotterdam playing a game in Amsterdam and then revisited VV Hekelingen one of the original opponents on our 1st tour.
The 2018 tour will see us returning to Oostende.
