F.C. St Paul's U13 Panthers is a grassroots football team based in England. The team plays in the Wigan & District Youth League U13 South division. The team was formed in 2001 by a group of parents who wanted to provide their children with the opportunity to play competitive football.
The team currently has a squad of 15 players, all of whom are aged 13. The team trains on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at St Paul's Primary School.

The team has been very successful in recent years, winning the Wigan & District Youth League U13 South division title in 2021-22. The team also reached the semi-finals of the Lancashire FA U13 Cup in the same season.
The team is managed by John Smith, who has been involved in youth football for over 20 years. The team's coaches are all volunteers who are passionate about helping young people develop their football skills.
