The team was founded in 2019 by a group of parents who wanted to provide their children with the opportunity to play football in a fun and competitive environment.

The team currently has around 20 players, all of whom are aged between 8 and 9 years old. They train once a week and play matches against other teams in the league on Saturdays.

The team has had a successful first two seasons, winning the league title in their first season and finishing runners-up in their second season.

The team is managed by a team of volunteers, all of whom are passionate about football and helping children to develop their skills.

The team is supported by Holy Rosary Catholic Primary School, where many of the players are pupils. The school provides the team with facilities for training and matches.

The team is also supported by a number of local businesses, who provide sponsorship and equipment.

The North Liverpool Junior Football League is a football league for children aged 5 to 16 years old. The league was founded in 1968 and currently has over 100 teams playing in it.

The league is divided into a number of divisions, based on the age of the players. The Holy Rosary Heroes team plays in the U9 Division.
