History
Homestead was founded in 1972 by a group of friends who wanted to play football together. The club has been playing in the Rotherham and District Sunday Football League ever since.
Homestead has won the JBM Recycling Division 1 title on three occasions, in 2004, 2012, and 2018. They have also reached the final of the Rotherham and District Sunday Football League Cup on three occasions, in 2003, 2012, and 2018.
