Irlam FC is a football club based in Irlam, Greater Manchester, England. They are currently members of the North West Counties League Premier Division and play at Silver Street.
The club was established in October 1969 as Mitchell Shackleton Football Club by workers at the Mitchell, Shackleton and Company engineering firm in Patricroft. They joined the Eccles & District Amateur Football League the following year, before transferring to the Manchester Amateur League in 1972.
In 1983, the club changed its name to Irlam FC and joined the North West Counties League. They have since won the league title twice, in 1994-95 and 2007-08.
Irlam FC is a community club and has a strong youth team setup. The club's youth teams play in the North West Youth Alliance league.
