Leigh Town Youth were established in 2009 to allow friends to play together in one local team. Starting out at 7 a side the team won their division the first season out, reaching the League Cup Final and then moved into 11 a side football where they were promoted through the divisions to the Premier League of the Southend Junior Sunday league in 2012. Leigh Town Youth will be starting the season for 2013/2014 in Division A with some new players and are looking forward to getting going!
