Mawsley Pumas was founded in 2018 by a group of women who wanted to play football in their local community. The club started with just one team, but has since grown to have teams in all age groups from under-7s to under-16s.
The club has enjoyed a lot of success in its short history, winning numerous league and cup titles. In 2022, the under-14s team won the Northamptonshire Women's & Girls Football League Cup.
