History

MK Football Team was founded in 1972 by a group of football enthusiasts in Khammam. The club quickly rose through the ranks of the Telangana State Football League and won the title in 1978. MK Football Team has also competed in the I-League Second Division on several occasions.

Stadium

MK Football Team plays its home matches at the Gokaraju Ranga Rao Sports Complex in Khammam. The stadium has a capacity of 10,000 spectators.
