MVF Yellow Football Club is a football team based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, England. The club was founded in 1998 and currently competes in the Spartan South Midlands League Division One.
History
MVF Yellow was founded in 1998 by a group of friends who wanted to create a football club for local players. The club started out in the Herts & Middlesex Border League and quickly rose through the divisions. In 2009, the club joined the Spartan South Midlands League and has since been a regular in the top two divisions.
The club's most successful season was in 2015-16, when they won the Spartan South Midlands League Division One and were promoted to the Premier Division. The club has also reached the final of the Herts Charity Cup on two occasions, in 2013 and 2016.
Ground
MVF Yellow plays their home games at The Hare & Hounds Ground in Borehamwood. The ground has a capacity of 2,000 and is also home to the Boreham Wood Women's Football Club.
