Penrith AFC Ladies is a women's football team based in Penrith, Cumbria, England. They currently play in the North West Women's Regional League, the sixth tier of the English women's football league system.
The team was founded in 1999 and has since won the North West Women's Regional League twice, in 2012 and 2022. They have also reached the final of the Women's FA Cup on two occasions, in 2013 and 2022.
The team's home ground is the Frenchfields Stadium, which they share with the men's team. The stadium is located in Penrith town centre and has a capacity of 2,000 spectators.

The North West Women's Regional League is a regional football league for women's teams in the North West of England. It is the sixth tier of the English women's football league system.
The league was founded in 2001 and currently consists of 20 teams. The teams are divided into two divisions, North and South. The top two teams in each division at the end of the season are promoted to the Northern Premier League Women's Division One North, while the bottom two teams in each division are relegated to the North West Women's League.
