Ο Περσεας Σεριφου ειναι μια ερασιτεχνικη ομαδα ποδοσφαιρου που δημιουργηθηκε το 1971 απο την αγαπη των Σεριφιων για το ποδοσφαιρο και το νησι..Με ιδιαιτερα αξιοπροσεκτη πορεια στις ερασιτεχνικες κατηγοριες κερδισε στα χρονια που αγωνιστηκε τον ποδοσφαιρικο σεβασμο ολων των ομαδων που αντιμετωπισε.Εχοντας ενα εκπληκτικο ιστορικο αγωνων,ο Περσεας αποτελεσε μια ομαδα συμβολο για την Σεριφο και για τις Κυκλαδες.Χαρακτηριστικοτερα παραδειγματα οι 274 νικες σε 488 παιχνιδια και τα συνολικα 1926 γκολ που σημειωσε,οπως φυσικα και η δυσκολη αλλα συναμα γλυκια ηττα με 2-1(!!!) που γνωρισε στο παιχνιδι με την πανευρωπαικα γνωστη ομαδα F.C. Salzburg,το 1983.Δυστυχως η ομαδα σταματησε να υπαρχει το 1993,μετα απο 22 χρονια ζωης.Σημερα,με την σημαντικη προσπαθεια των επομενων γενεων,ο Περσεας Σεριφου αναγεννηθηκε σε βαθος 3 χρονων.Πλεον,παιρνοντας την σκυταλη απο τους προκατοχους τους(και δημιουργους της ομαδας),το νεο αιμα του Περσεα,υστερα απο συμμετοχες σε πρωταθληματα 8*8,διανυει την 5η του σεζον στο ανεξαρτητο πρωταθλημα 11*11, της Ενωσης Ανεξαρτητων Ομ?δων Νομο? Perseas Serifos F.C. is an amateur football club based in Vari, Athens, Greece. The club was founded in 1971 by a group of Serefians who wanted to create a football team that would represent their island.

The club's name comes from the Greek god Perseus, who was the legendary founder of the island of Serifos. The club's colors are blue and white, and its home ground is the Vari Municipal Stadium.

History

Perseas Serifos F.C. has a long and successful history. The club has won numerous trophies at the amateur level, including the Enosi Anexartitwn Omadwn Attikis (EOA) championship in 1983.

The club's most famous player is Evangelos Laskaris, who is the all-time leading scorer in the club's history. Laskaris scored 455 goals in 418 appearances for the club.

In 1993, the club went on hiatus due to financial difficulties. However, the club was revived in 2019 and has since been playing in the EOA championship.

Enosi Anexartitwn Omadwn Attikis

The Enosi Anexartitwn Omadwn Attikis (EOA) is a football league for amateur teams in Athens, Greece. The league was founded in 1979 and currently has over 100 teams competing in it.

The EOA is divided into three divisions: A, B1, and B2. The top two teams in each division are promoted to the next division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the next lower division.

The EOA is a popular league and attracts a lot of talented players. The league has also produced a number of professional footballers, including Evangelos Laskaris, who played for Panathinaikos and the Greek national team.
