Reading YMCA Rapids is a football team based in Reading, England. They compete in the Thames Valley Premier League, which is the ninth tier of the English football league system.
The team was founded in 1974 and has won the Thames Valley Premier League title twice, in 2015-16 and 2017-18. They have also reached the final of the Berks and Bucks Senior Cup on four occasions.
The team's home ground is Padworth Recreation Ground, which is located in the village of Padworth, just outside Reading. The ground has a capacity of 500 spectators.

The league was founded in 1986 and currently consists of 22 teams. The teams are divided into two divisions, Division One and Division Two.
The league champions are promoted to the Isthmian League North Division, while the runners-up enter a play-off with the runners-up of Division Two for a place in the Isthmian League.
The bottom two teams in Division One are relegated to Division Two, while the bottom two teams in Division Two are relegated to the Hellenic League Premier Division.
