The team was founded in 1985 as a reserve team for Yateley United, but they have since become a separate entity. They have won the Thames Valley Premier League title on three occasions, in 2008-09, 2012-13, and 2015-16.

The team's home ground is Sean Devereux Park in Yateley. Their current manager is Mark Cowling.
