Sacriston CCCFC were formed in 2005 and played there first competitive match on August 14th 2005 when they played Washington Sportmans Arms in the cup and won 3-2. That season saw the club finish second and won promotion from the fourth division at the first time of asking.
Back in 2005 Richard Hilton and Mark Davison ran the club, present day the club is still managed by Richard Hilton with Paul Balden and Marc Hall assisting him.
The club won there first cup in the 2012-13 season when they defeated New Durham WMC in the Pass N Go League Cup Final.
The 2013-14 season sees the club return to the premier division after a two year absence
