Shepton Mallet First Football Club is a football club based in Shepton Mallet, Somerset, England. They currently play in the Toolstation Western Football League Premier Division, which is the ninth tier of the English football league system.
The club was founded in 1986 after the liquidation of Shepton Mallet Town. They took the place of the old club's reserves in the Somerset Senior League Division Two, playing at the old club's West Shepton ground.
In 1991, the club moved to their current home, The Playing Fields, in the town centre. They have since won promotion to the Western League Premier Division on three occasions, most recently in 2018.
Recent Season
Shepton Mallet finished the 2021-22 season in 15th place in the Toolstation Western Football League Premier Division. They won 13, drew 9 and lost 18 of their 30 matches.
The club's top scorer for the season was Dan King, who scored 14 goals in all competitions.
