Buckland Athletic 1st is a football team based in Newton Abbot, Devon, England. They are currently members of the Western League Premier Division and play at Homers Heath.
History
The club was established in 1977 as a youth team and joined the Torbay Pioneer League. After winning the Devon Youth Cup, the club entered senior football, joining Division Three of the Devon & Exeter League in 1987. They won the division at the first attempt, and were promoted to Division Two.
The club continued to progress through the divisions, and in 2000 they were promoted to the Premier Division of the Western League. They have remained in the Premier Division ever since, and have finished as runners-up on three occasions.

Buckland Athletic 1st are currently in 11th place in the Western League Premier Division. They have won 10, drawn 7, and lost 11 of their 28 matches so far this season.
