Spire Rangers Football Club is a semi-professional football club based in Birmingham, England. The club was founded in 2006 and currently competes in the National League North, the fifth tier of the English football league system.

History

Spire Rangers were founded in 2006 by a group of local businessmen and footballers. The club initially competed in the Birmingham & District League, before moving up to the Midland Football League in 2010. In 2015, Spire Rangers were promoted to the Northern Premier League Division One South, and in 2018, they were promoted to the National League North.

The club's home ground is the Pirelli Stadium in Solihull, which has a capacity of 5,000. Spire Rangers' most famous former player is probably Michael Kightly, who played for the club in 2006-07 before moving on to play for Wolverhampton Wanderers and Burnley.

Current season

Spire Rangers are currently in their third season in the National League North. The club are currently in 15th place in the table, and they are looking to secure their place in the league for next season.
