Stunners FC was founded in 2017 by a group of football enthusiasts. The club's first season was in the 2017-18 Pakistan National Challenge Cup, where they reached the semi-finals. In the 2018-19 season, Stunners FC made their debut in the Pakistan Premier League. They finished the season in 6th place.
In the 2019-20 season, Stunners FC finished the season in 4th place. They also reached the final of the Pakistan FA Cup, where they lost to Khan Research Laboratories.
