History
Tesnjar has spent most of its history in the lower leagues of Serbian football. The club's highest achievement was winning the Serbian League West in 2019, which earned them promotion to the Serbian First League.
Tesnjar has also competed in the Serbian Cup on several occasions. The club's best performance in the cup was reaching the round of 32 in 2018.
