History
Thames WF 60s was founded in 1960 by a group of friends who wanted to continue playing football after they retired from playing at a higher level. The team initially played in local amateur leagues, but they soon moved up to the Surrey FA Veterans League.
Thames WF 60s have won the Surrey FA Veterans League on three occasions, in 1991, 1998, and 2005. They have also reached the final of the FA Veterans Cup on two occasions, in 1992 and 2006.
