Vinay Football Team is an Indian football club based in Cherai, Kerala. The club was founded in 2009 and currently competes in the Kerala Premier League.

History

Vinay Football Team was founded in 2009 by Vinay Menon, a former Indian national football team player. The club started out playing in the local leagues in Cherai and quickly rose through the ranks. In 2015, the club won the Kerala State Football League and earned promotion to the Kerala Premier League.

Vinay Football Team has been a regular contender in the Kerala Premier League since their promotion. The club has finished in the top 4 in the league on three occasions, including a third-place finish in the 2021-22 season.
