The club was founded in 1903 and have played at their current ground, The Nest, since 1923. They have won the Herts Senior County League on three occasions, in 1996, 2005 and 2016.
The club's most famous player is probably John Fashanu, who played for the club in the early 1980s before going on to have a successful career in the Football League and the Premier League.
