The club was founded in 1970 by a group of friends who wanted to play football together. They started out playing in local leagues and gradually worked their way up to the Aul Division 3 Saturday league.
The club has had a number of successes over the years, winning the Aul Division 3 Saturday league title in 2015. They have also reached the semi-finals of the Aul Cup on two occasions.
