Hooligans Football Club is a semi-professional soccer team based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The team was founded in 1995 and currently competes in the Canadian Soccer League.
History
Hooligans FC was founded in 1995 by a group of friends who wanted to create a soccer club that would represent the city of Mississauga. The team quickly became a success, winning the CSL Championship in 1997.
The club has continued to be successful in recent years, winning the CSL Championship again in 2016 and 2018. Hooligans FC is also a regular contender in the CSL Cup, having reached the final in 2015, 2017, and 2019.
Stadium
Hooligans FC plays its home games at the Powerade Centre in Mississauga. The stadium has a capacity of 5,000 spectators.
