The 2012/13 School Football Team was an amateur football league in the United Kingdom. The league was founded in 2012 and consisted of teams from schools across the country.

The 2012/13 season was the first season of the 2012/13 School Football Team. The league was divided into two divisions, with the top four teams from each division qualifying for the playoffs.

    • Winner: St. George's School
    • Runner-up: Eton College
    • Third: Winchester College
    • Fourth: Harrow School
  • Division 2:
    • Winner: Charterhouse
    • Runner-up: Radley College
    • Third: Rugby School
    • Fourth: Wellington College

The playoffs were held at the end of the season, with St. George's School defeating Charterhouse in the final to win the league title.
