The Accrington Combination Division One is an amateur football league in Lancashire, England. It was founded in 1904 and currently consists of 9 teams playing in one division. The league is affiliated to the Football Association and its teams compete in the FA Vase.

History
The Accrington Combination was originally founded in 1892 as the Accrington & District League. It was renamed the Accrington Combination in 1904. The league has been won by a number of clubs over the years, including Accrington Stanley, who won the title in 1921-22. The league folded in 2016 after 99 seasons. However, it was revived in 2022.
