Introduction
Bizdex is an amateur football league founded in 2023. It is open to businesses of all sizes and industries. The league plays its games on weekends and evenings.
The goal of Bizdex is to provide a fun and competitive environment for businesses to get involved in football. The league also aims to promote physical activity and camaraderie among employees.
Rules
The rules of Bizdex are based on the standard rules of American football. However, there are a few modifications to make the game more accessible to businesses.
- The game is played with seven players per team instead of eleven.
- There is no kickoff. Instead, the ball is placed at the 25-yard line to start each possession.
- There is no punting. Instead, teams must attempt to convert fourth downs.
Season
The Bizdex season runs from September to December. Each team plays six games during the regular season. The top two teams in the regular season advance to the playoffs.
The playoffs consist of a single-elimination tournament. The championship game is played on the first Saturday in December.
