The Elms League Mile End is a 7-a-side football league that is played at The Elms Chobham Academy in Mile End, London. The league is run by Powerplay, the UK's leading sporting leagues provider.
Season Information
- The season runs from September to August.
- Matches are played on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings.

- Each team plays each other team twice, once at home and once away.
League Format
The league is a round-robin format, with each team playing each other team twice. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to the Premier League, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Division 1.
