Manchester Women's Flexi-League

The Manchester Women's Flexi-League is an amateur football league for women in the Greater Manchester area. It is run by the Football Association (FA) and is open to players of all abilities.

The league consists of four divisions: The Wilcock, The Earps, The Freeman, and The Toone. Each division plays a round-robin format, with each team playing each other team once. The top two teams in each division at the end of the season are promoted to the next division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the previous division.

The league also has a cup competition, the Manchester Women's Flexi-League Cup. The cup is open to all teams in the league and is played in a knockout format.
