Structure

The top two teams in the Premier Division are promoted to the Northern Premier League Division One West or Midlands, while the bottom two teams are relegated to Division One. The top two teams in Division One are promoted to the Premier Division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to Division Two. The top two teams in Division Two are promoted to Division One, while the bottom two teams are relegated to Division Three. The top two teams in Division Three are promoted to Division Two, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Midland League.
