Orc Sunday League

The Orc Sunday League is an amateur Sunday league football league based in the Waltham Abbey area of Hertfordshire, England.

The league was founded in 1998 by a group of friends who wanted to create a competitive Sunday league football league in the area. The league started with just 8 teams, but has since grown to over 40 teams.

Orc Sunday League action

The league is divided into three divisions: Premier League, Division One, and Division Two. The Premier League is the top division, and the Division Two is the bottom division.

The league also has a cup competition, the Charlie Smith Challenge Cup. The cup competition is open to all teams in the league.

Season 2022-2023

Orc Sunday League match

The current season, 2022-2023, is the 25th season of the Orc Sunday League. The Premier League is currently being led by Bocas Jogabonito First, while Division One is being led by Highlands FC (Middx) 1st.

The Charlie Smith Challenge Cup is currently being contested by 16 teams. The semi-finals will be played on 14 May 2023, and the final will be played on 21 May 2023.
