Staffordshire FA Veterans League
The Staffordshire FA Veterans League is an amateur football league for players over the age of 35. It was founded in 2017 to provide opportunities for veterans to continue playing the game they love.
The league currently has four divisions: Division 1, Division 2, Division 3, and Division 4. Each division plays a round-robin format, with the top teams at the end of the season promoted and the bottom teams relegated.
The league also has a cup competition, the SFA Veterans League Cup. The cup is open to all teams in the league, and the winner is crowned the SFA Veterans League Cup Champions.
Season 2022-2023
The current season, 2022-2023, is the sixth season of the Staffordshire FA Veterans League. The league is currently in the middle of its season, with Division 1 currently leading the way.
The top teams in each division at the end of the season will be promoted to the next division, while the bottom teams will be relegated to the previous division. The winners of the SFA Veterans League Cup will be crowned the SFA Veterans League Cup Champions.
