The South Bank Alarms Sunday Football League is an amateur football league based in Grimsby, England. It was founded in 1972 and currently has over 50 teams competing in 10 divisions. The league is affiliated to the Lincolnshire Football Association.
History
The South Bank Alarms Sunday Football League was founded in 1972 by a group of friends who wanted to create a competitive and fun environment for amateur footballers. The league started with just 10 teams, but it has grown steadily over the years and now has over 50 teams.
The league is named after the South Bank Alarms Company, which was a local alarm manufacturer. The company was a major sponsor of the league in its early years.
