Viii Liga
Viii Liga is an amateur football league in Portugal. It is the eighth tier of the Portuguese football league system. The league was founded in 2014 and currently consists of 16 teams. The champions of Viii Liga are promoted to the seventh tier, the Liga 7.
History
Viii Liga was founded in 2014 by a group of football enthusiasts who wanted to create a more accessible and affordable way to play football. The league quickly grew in popularity and now has teams from all over Portugal.
The first season of Viii Liga was won by the team of Andorinha. Andorinha has also won the league in the following two seasons.
