Home league match played on 14 January 2012.
Kicked off at 2:00 PM

After a daunting trip abroad to the tropical region of South London The B & A army were pleased to be back on home soil against Tonbridge Invicta Ressies, With a few players back from the Christmas wilderness Blackham Started with a strong 11.

The 1st half started with Blackham on the front foot - Hobbit drilling just over from 25 yards after good hold up play and a back heal from 2gun. Various chances went begging including huffers with a solid downward header that bounced over the bar but all chances were spurned in the 1st half & at the break for all the possession and chances we were left frustrated and slightly worried that another Pembury was on the cards.

The 2nd Half started in the same fashion – Zac started getting himself involved as we utilised both wings with good effect – It was infact zac that started the move for the 1st goal he darted in from the right wing with some neat short passes between 2gun, Zac and Skip, 2gun was played in and finished with aplomb from 14 yards with his left foot into the keepers right.

Huffers hurt his back – rumour has it he pushed the flying squirrel trick to much and dislodged his vertebrae he was replaced by the hungry one Ghandi who slotted in at left back – with club pin up boy ferg pushing back into midfield.

Hobbit was replaced by creepy davies – apparently blood from Creepy Davies was all over the halfway line when he crossed it due to a severe nose bleed

We didn’t have to wait long for a 2nd The inspirational Thumb (who had a fantastic game in the centre) with another pinpoint corner  on to the gentle giants head – yet more de ja vu with bish scoring from a corner!!

Blackham finished off the game with a 3rd and 2 gun finishing well after good work again from zac – 2gun had a great game up top holding it up and moving it on.

Only downside this week very poor turn out in the shower – please can i see more of you next week with towels...

Play hard shower harder – Skip x
