A TOTAL DIFFERENT LINE UP AND FORMATION AS THE BLUES WENT BACK TO 4-4-2 , A DIFFERENT BACK FOUR WITH SPOORS IN FOR GRAINGER , DOUGLAS & FARRELL PARTNERED IN CENTRAL DEFENCE AS STOTT WENT BACK INTO MIDFIELD AND MCDONALD WAS AWOL AND DEBUTANTE FORTUNE CAME IN TO START AT LEFT BACK . BENNETT WENT TO BENCH , HOWE CAME ON THE RIGHT AND TABOUN KEPT HIS PLACE ON THE LEFT ,GRAINGER WENT UPTOPS ALONG SIDE BATES.

GAMEPOINTERS - 1ST HALF - WORST HALF EVER! , GOING DOWN TO TEN MEN EARLY, CONCEEDING 2 QUICK GOALS.

2ND HALF - WILL AND DETERMINATION TO GET BACK INTO THE GAME AWSOME!! , A FINE DEBUT PERFORMANCE FROM FORTUNE , BATES TURNING UP THE HEAT , 2 PENALTIES , NOT CONCEEDING , GELLING AS A UNIT & GAME GETTING CALLED OFF 3 MINUTES FROM TIME.

SQUAD OF THE WEEK - THE 2ND HALF THE PLATOON OF BLUESTONE STUCK TOGETHER AND FORT THEIR WAY BACK INTO THE GAME FINE DISPLAY!

THE MANAGERS TOOK A CHANCE GOING BACK TO 4-4-2 AWAY FROM HOME AND BLUESTONE GETTING BEAT TWICE ALREADY OFF WILLOW . A MAKE SHIFT TEAM MAY OF BEEN NERVY THE FIRST HALF BUT WITH LADS MISSING THE BOYS HAD TO GET ON WITH IT. A HORRIBLE START FROM BLUESTONE AS 15 MINUTES IN DOUGLAS GOT CAUGHT OUT AS THE STRIKER SLIPPED THE BALL PAST ROSE 1-0 , A FINE TEAM MOVE SAW WILLOW GO FURTHER IN FRONT AS THEY GOT THEIR 2ND GOAL FROM NOTHING 2-0. ALOT MORE PROBLEMS CAME AS SKIPPER IAN DOUGLAS HIT THE SHOWERS AS HE WAS SENT OFF FOR DISENT WITH REFEREE IVAN ROWELL 30 MINUTES IN. A DEFENDER DOWN GRAINGER THE FORWARD WENT BACK INTO DEFENCE ALONG SIDE FARRELL AS THE BLUES HAD NO CHOIC EBUT TO GO BACK TO 1 UP FRONT . THE BLUES SEEN OUT THE HALF 2-0 DOWN ,THE AWAY SIDE DIDN'T DOWN AS BAD AS WHEN THEY WERE 2-2 AT SANDHILLS THE WEEK BEFORE BUT THEIR MUST OF BEEN HOPE THEIR FOR WHAT WAS ABOUT TO HAPPEN THE LADS HAD TO STICK TOGETHER AS A UNIT AND EVOLVE . BOTH TEAMS CAME BACK TO THE FIELD AND THE NEXT GOAL WAS VITAL . 10 MINUTES INTO THE HALF TABOUN WENT ON ONE OF HIS MASEY RUNS AS HE WAS CHOPPED DOWN IN THE AREA TO EARN A PEN. GRAINGER STEPPED UP AND PUT IT AWAY FOR 2-1 ,THE BLUES KNEW THEY HAD A FIGHTING CHANCE TO GET BACK INTO THE GAME AS THE TEAM ALL GOT A GREAT LIFT REMMBERING WE STILL ONLY HAD 10 MEN. AGAIN BLUESTONE WON THE BALL BACK FROM WILLOW AS THEY WERE CRUMBLING A BIT AS FARRELL GAVE THE BALL TO MIDGE AS MIDGE PLAYED THE BALL DOWN THE LINE TO TABOUNS AS HE GOT PAST HIS MAN TO CROSS BACKSTICK AS BATES PRESSURED THE DEFENDER AS THE BALL TRECLED IN THE NET FOR AN OG TO LEVEL THE GAME UP. 2-2 , JOHNSON WAS GETTING IN HIS RYTHEM AS HE FLUNG IN SOME GREAT BALLS INTO THE BOX CAUSING ALOT OF PROBLEMS FOR THE WILLOW DEFENCE . BATES ENDED UP GETTING THE BLUES INFRONT WHEN TABOUN ONCE AGAIN GOT IN A GREAT CROSS AS THE BALL FELL STRAIGHT ONTO BATES HEAD AND IT WAS ALL ONE WAY TRAFFIC FROM THIER ON WILLOW WERE DOWN AND OUT AND THEIR BEST PLAYER THE BOBBY CHARLTON LOOKALIKE WENT OF AS HE GO KNOCKED OUT BY HIS OWN TEAM MATE AS THEY COLLIDED . A POOR SHOT BY WILLOW GAVE THE AWAY SIDE A GOAL KICK AS GRAINGER LAUCHED THE BALL RIGHT  UP THE FIELD ONTO BATES HEAD AS HE FLICKED IT INTO TABOUNS PATH AS HE WENT ALONE A COOLY TUCKED THE BALL PAST THE ON COMING KEEPER FOR 4-2 . BEDTIME CAME FOR WILLOW WHEN THE BLUES WERE GIVEN ANOTHER PENALTY 15 MINUTES FROM TIME AS HOWE WORKED HIS WAY INTO THE BOX AND WENT OVER . GRAINGER AGAIN STEPPED UP AND PUT THE BALL THE SAME WAY 5-2. THE GAME WAS THEN LATER SPOILED AS IVAN AND BLUE FROM WILLOW WENT AT EACH OTHER AND THE GAME WAS CALLED OFF A FEW MINUTES FROM TIME. WHAT A GREAT COMEBACK FROM BLUESTONE AS FROM THE SIDELINE IT MUST OF BEEN GREAT TO WATCH SEEING THE MIGHTY TEN MEN BATTLE BACK AND DOMINATE.
