BoC F.C. 1 vs 2 Broomwood FC

Went 1-0 down after a good finish into the corner past goalie Michael, following a knock down from the oppo.

1-all at the break after Chris followed up an Ilyas header from a corner.

Ilyas in goal for the second half, Michael moving into midfield. We had chances second half, Andy marauding well down the left, had a shot across goal which just went wide. Ben ringer played an excellent cross from the right that just eluded a few BoC players in the centre.

We were under quite a lot of pressure second half and unfortunately a cross from the left near the end found one of their midfielders stealing in at the back post to guide the ball in.

Bollox. We'd huffed an puffed, worked hard, but maybe not quite smart enough.

Tyson afterwards had a few words of wisdom, bringing up that we hadn't passed the ball well enough and contrasting that with the oppo, who it must be said played some great pass and move football as usual. Their pass completion stats would be interesting and probably a lot higher than ours.
