BoC F.C. 5 vs 0 GLActicos

Absolutely belting BoC night.

Brilliant 5-0 win against a team that often beats us; a very rare clean sheet; 16 players, but rarely that did not disrupt us; some nice goals including a belting effort from Stefano. Puntah was Best On Ground as he bossed the midfield on his last game, really doing a number on their tricky young playmaker.

Off to the Draft House afterwards, which made a change, and I quote:

With two plant-filled gardens and a couple of funky private rooms for hire upstairs, we think we’re

the pub you always dreamed of having on your doorstep. And yet – we are real.

Brilliant to see Mr and Mrs Molby, Rich B and Hanning and in general a great turnout at the pub. Jury is out a bit on the boozer and it certainly was a long walk, but I quite liked the Spanish barmaid with the Clockwork Orange hat and the food looked decent.

And we can now say we have been to Bunga Bunga!

So, a farewell to Puntah - top bloke, top footballer, a-typical Aussie (!), a real BoC legend. Best of luck with the future, Rich. A real pleasure to be your team mate.
