Guys well done today, a great result.

I think in sport very often you get what you deserve.

We deserved to win today and perhaps on the previous weeks when we didn’t win then perhaps we didn’t deserve to.

There is no shame in wanting to win and enjoying winning, it feels great. We did well today and should enjoy the feeling.

At half time today we talked about the importance of seeing the game out to the very end and how important it was for every player to do his bit and not leave it all to the defence.

As a result I think every player put in their maximum effort today and we came away with a deserved win, there was no luck about todays result, we got what we deserved.

Two of the new players Bradley and George both had their best games for us today so well done to both of them. A great goal from Luke as well.

Also an excellent move down the left early in the game with Robbie and Archie linking up and Archie's shot flying off the bar.

Before the game we talked about defending higher up the pitch, we did that today both Dean and and Max pushed forward and were more attacking, this allowed the whole team to get further forward, also in the second half when we defended down hill we were able to clear the ball in to midfield and not just hoof it, this is because the midfield worked much harder than in previous weeks.

As Dave Pattullo is away it come to me to choose man of the match, I choose Dean, he seams to be much taller and quicker over the last two weeks and was excellent today.

See you on Thursday
