Firstly I want to address the situation with Coby Speedy your right none of the kids should be saying things to each other, he's had a fantastic game today having scored three goals and assisted a few more. This negativity needs to stop towards each other it's not good!!! and it kills the player's morale.

As a manager, it's very hard to deal with situations on the pitch without stopping the game and dragging everybody off. I need to deal with it after the game or at half time but the kids are at an age now where they should know better.

I see all angles and I do understand the kid's frustrations when they feel that there in a better position and want to be passed to, as a coach I can work on this in training or in our half-time chats but I won't take away a kids will to take players on all I will do is encourage them to pass and move off the ball to work together as a team. I really don't want this to happen anymore please and I respect any decision Helen or speedy makes.

So on to the positives

I am really proud of each and every one of the lads today for how they played.

Before the game began I asked everyone to play a high-pressing game to kill the game early on. I wanted the defence to play high towards the halfway giving their attackers no option to press forward and we managed to keep them in their own half. I that they did a fantastic job throughout the game spoiling most of the opposition's attacks.

Midfield held their own cutting out a lot of balls winning most of the balls from goal kicks keeping the pressure off the defence and in hand creating a lot of chances, and laying the ball off to the wingers who either had a chance to run at the opposition, cross the ball or strike it if the opportunity opened up.

Huge improvement today on composure on the ball and off the ball, looking to feed a ball forward and moving ourselves into a position to receive again which is great to see.

The attackers played a vital game today in splitting the defence and making important runs, not every run will create a goal but it's the lads getting themselves into a goal-scoring position which is what's needed and if the ball falls right we will create those chances so well done.

I made changes early on today in the game as I felt we were by far the better side in the first 20 minutes. Taking our chances early and killing the game meant we were allowed to make more changing substitutions.

I try to be as fair as I can when it comes to substitutes. I don't bring players off because they are having a bad game I do this because I feel they have done their job and I need them to do their job so by doing that gives everyone an equal opportunity to play as much game time as possible.

Apart from the incident towards the end of game. I loved watching them today. I can see small progressions every week from everyone and it's great to see everyone developing and winning games like today makes it that more enjoyable and it builds the lad's confidence as we continue to move forward.

Well done lads 7-2 on a well-deserved win.

My man of the match went to Juddy. He's improved massively and shown it today with his movement on and off the ball creating opportunities for himself and others. He had a few chances and deserved a goal with his efforts but I'm sure it will come if he plays like he has done today.

The opposition man of the match went to Tommy. Well done today some good runs and a well-deserved goal.

And last but by no means the least to the goalkeepers

Some great saves again from J-J he's starting to look solid for his first season in the net ??. There is some work to be done on kicking out of his hands but overall top performance.

Also to Archie well done today looking more confident every game. Your ball distribution is great. Hopefully, in the coming weeks, we can build on a few things in training and keep improving you. It's great to see that you are settling in more.

I think this win should keep us joint top of the league so let's keep this up.
