On 23 August 2025, Labyrinth Football Club Ladies faced off against Toro Ya Rona in a league home match at the Dinie Estate Rustenburg. The match kicked off at 3:00 PM and concluded with a narrow defeat for the home side, ending 1-2 in favour of the visitors.

In response to the unfolding situation, Labyrinth FC Ladies made their final substitutions in the 77th minute, introducing Mathuloe Tlotlo for Tshegofatso Mokgopha and Mabalane Rachael for Molwela Katlego. These changes aimed to inject fresh energy into the side as they pushed for an equaliser.

Despite their best efforts, Labyrinth FC Ladies were unable to find the back of the net again, and the match concluded with a disappointing 2-1 defeat. Nontlantla Javu was recognised for her outstanding performance, earning the Player of the Match accolade amidst a challenging outing for her team. The result leaves Labyrinth FC Ladies with much to ponder as they look to bounce back in their upcoming fixtures.
