Away league match played on 20 November 2010.
Kicked off at 10:30 AM

A convincing Victory over CAFC Cougars makes it 5 straight wins.

It was a quick fire hat-trick in 14 minutes by Owen Spensley that set Leabrooks on their way to record a superb 7-1 Victory.

All the damage was done in an explosive first half with Leabrooks 5-0 up after only 18 minutes, but a better second half performance from CAFC Cougars and especially their new Goalkeeper kept the score respectable.

On a poor pitch a Leabrooks team high in confidence kicked the match off and were on the front foot from the first touch, it took only 1 minute for Owen Spensley to sneak through and clinically finish from close range.

Spensley’s second goal was to follow, a neat turn and shot after 8 minutes, Then Morgan Boyle stepped up with a nice shot that caught the keeper by surprise to notch his second of the season.

Spensley completed his first league hat trick and took his goal tally to 8 for the season on 14 minutes with a long range shot to make the game 4-0.

The play was all in CAFC Cougars half, wave after wave of attacks resulted in multiple last ditch tackles by an under pressure Cougars defence, on 17 minutes Leabrooks Goalkeeper Jani Hleb Wain had to woken as a ball entered the penalty box only to be cleared by the defence.

On 18 Minutes Sam Parkin got on to the score sheet with a left foot finish from close range.

Then just before half time CAFC got on the score sheet with a speculative shot that caught Hleb Wain by surprise, it was a first shot on goal by the Cougars who celebrated like they had just won the League.

The half time whistle blew with the score at 5-1

CAFC Cougars made a number of changes at half time including their Goalkeeper; this proved a good choice as the new keeper put in an assured performance dealing with a bombardment of shots from an energetic Panthers team.

Leabrooks dominated midfield with some solid performances from Morgan Boyle and Harvey Keely who then switched to a forward role; it was only minutes later that Keely was quickly onto a loose ball to shoot in his first Panthers goal, 6-1.

With 5 minutes to go Sam Parkin came of the bench to partner Keely, after good work from Keely the ball broke to Parkin who netted his second goal of the game and number 8 for the season, the usual eccentric goal celebrations followed to the amusement of the crowd.

The referee blew and the game ended 7-1, a good team performance all round but Morgan Boyles tireless performance in Midfield  and surging runs forward earned him a deserved Man of the Match award.
