Away league match played on 05 October 2013.
Kicked off at 10:30 AM

Darkhouse 1 Lighthouse 4
On a day where we started the match with 8 players for the first 8 mins.
We started with great passing moves with every player on their game, we have learned to pass a ball and create chances with regular ease.
Dark house to their credit were creating chance after chance early on and at least two times ollie made two great saves, we were always in control and it was no surprise when on 15 mins a great through ball from Craig found Ryan in space and he calmly finished. We had the majority of the play and the midfield was on top when cottie played a great ball through to Darren our new signing to stab the ball past their keeper. Many more chances followed and it was very pleasing to see the lads enjoying their football. With Craig dominating the midfield with Cottie, and great runs from Deano we were always a threat.
Darkhouse were still creating chances though and our defence were brilliant at times snuffing out their front line,
Our two centre backs in Knile and Scott, have been immence this season ,they have become the pillor of hercules immovable objects, who simply get better every game, and doubt if there is a better pairing in our league.
First half 2-0.

Second half we had to replace Craig a big thanks for his first half performance, and also arnie. On in their place Steve kite, and Adam Lango Langford, we started quick and were playing some nice stuff, Darren and Ryan a constant threat up front, also Deano (Messi) Richardson was causing their defence problems, on 65 mins a corner from Knile found Cottie at the far post to score, who deserved his goal for the hard work he was getting through. Steve Gosling his first game in a long time was causing problems with his cross field passes and with a little bit more composure Darren could have had two quick goals. Even though we replaced Craig at half time Steve Kite was on top in midfield and was the calming factor at times and kept the midfield ticking.Darkhouse got a goal back to make it 3-1, and it was great to see we got back on it straight away. We were always in control though and it was no surprise when Cotties vision found Darren on the 89 min to calmly put the ball past the Darkhouse keeper

.
A great win today, early on Ollie kept us in the game; we learned to keep going, as we have goals in us everywhere on the pitch.
We have Wollaston next week, another hard game, but if we play in ourselves the way we have been playing we can beat anyone.
At home we have become the immortals, no one comes to our ground and go away without a team which is capable of beating anyone, proud of you all today well done, and you all got your fantasy points .
Lads it’s an honour to be parts of your lives, Darren and myself are living the dream lads.
John 3-16 lads have a look it’s what comes before football and what drives Darren and me on
